We are seeking a skilled and motivated LLM (Language Model) Developer to join our dynamic team. As an LLM Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced language models that power various applications and services within our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and software engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance LLMs using state-of-the-art techniques in NLP and machine learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate LLMs into diverse applications.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Implement data pipelines and workflows to support model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning research, and incorporate relevant findings into model development.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the reliability and accuracy of LLMs.
- Document technical designs, development processes, and deployment procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying large-scale language models or similar machine learning models.
- Experience using the RAG approach
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques, including text representation, classification, sequence labeling, and semantic parsing.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Publications or contributions to the field of NLP or machine learning.
