POSITION SUMMARY

This position will need to perform a variety of duties that support receipt of goods and accurate SAP transactions. Responsible for ensuring all incoming material has proper documentation and is received accordingly in SAP. Responsible for inventory accuracy at time of receipt for customer returned products and RMA related items.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receipt of all return RMA products prior to disposition.
• Ensuring Work Instructions are closely followed which includes verification of Rev level, PO, and that packing slip matches physical goods received
• Assists in pulling inventory to be disposed of per company policy
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area
• Work with other departments to effectively resolve escalated RMA issues.
• Other duties as assigned

• Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Degree or equivalent required
• 1 years of experience in manufacturing environment
• Basic math skills – addition / subtraction
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office
• 1 years of experience with SAP

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to meet physical requirements of the job: lift up to 35 pounds, complete assisted lifts of 35-50 pounds, push or pull containers on a pallet jacks, repetitive bending and stooping, and may require occasional lifting overhead.
• Must be able to stand at workstation for long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
