The Role
Do you have a strong background in commercial HVAC/R systems? Are you skilled in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment?
We’re seeking a talented HVAC/R Technician to join our team in Charlotte, NC. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems in the supermarket industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical wiring and controls.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Excell Refrigeration of South Carolina, Inc. is in their twentieth sixth year of business as a licensed refrigeration and air conditioning contractor servicing South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama. We currently provide maintenance and service contracts to a growing list of customers and provide 24/7 emergency service as well.

The Person
- The key skills and qualities of a Commercial HVAC/R Technician are:
- Candidates must have at least 5 years of prior experience working as an HVAC technician or HVAC installer.
- Candidates must have an EPA certification that is up to date and valid.
- Clean driving record.
- Knowledge and understanding of HVAC service and installation techniques.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- High School degree or equivalent.
