This individual will be the responsible managing visual execution of the Retail and Outlet channels of business for the Visual Merchandising program for both 7 For All Mankind and Splendid. This individual will drive performance through District Managers, Store Managers, and in-store teams.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
· Work with corporate team to concept window, in-store displays and marketing.
· On-site, hands on support, training and development in market for retail and outlet.
· Partner with market leaders to drive sales through visual merchandising execution for retail and outlet doors in the market. Give feedback via touch bases and conference calls on recap reports, custom presentations and visual execution during store visits.
· Travel stores to give feedback and drive performance in collaboration with the District Managers, Store Managers and in-store teams. Work in a training capacity to educate store staff on visual execution guidelines.
· Communicate directly with Sr. Visual Manager on feedback of visual guidelines and compliance of execution for the market.
· Work closely with other Regional Visual Manager to share best practices and workshop opportunities in the area.
· Assist with the seasonal visual merchandising guidebooks by helping the LA corporate office team to create presentations for all door directives. When requested – create in-season refreshes for all door distribution.
· Manage Travel budget on a monthly basis, including management of a monthly budget tracking tool. Manage budgets allocated to perform special projects, events or windows. Contribute to the budget planning for all tools needs.
· Manage visual aid and prop inventory for the market.
· Filter all visual aid orders from the stores to the Visual Operations Manager.
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Must travel 70% of the time
· 4 - 5 years Visual Merchandising experience.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
· MAC Adobe Suite proficiency required.
· Strong Communications skills both verbal and written.
· Must be organized and detail oriented with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi task.
