DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire an Area Administrative Business Specialist to join our team in our Dallas, TX location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Collaborate with other Area Administration Business Specialist to define, research, and implement new or updated company initiatives.
- Introduce and train on new company initiatives to the organization.
- Review daily business processes to identify areas of improvement, develop an audit plan, report results and recommendations.
- Train on processes to improve compliance.
- Work closely with Corporate Auditor.
- Ensure consistency in processes and procedures within the area first and within the company second.
- Monitor our Onboarding Program to ensure a positive and successful new hire experience.
- Assist Team Impact with coordinating employee activities, community outreach, and team building events.
- Be available to travel up to 65% of the time when conditions permit, within the Area to Satellites and other areas as required.
- Ability to work additional hours as required.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience/training in process improvements required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have strong analytical skills, mathematical reasoning, problem solver, people skills, quickly learn, polished public speaking.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
