- Will have oversight and responsibility for all operations including: Full office responsibilities, hiring/firing, retention and development, team training, sales, team management
- Will generate leads that line with company requirements
- Will oversee and run sales, operations, HR function plus work on the P&L
- Spearhead commercial clients within the Findlay and surrounding areas
- Will have autonomy in determining clients, contract negotiation and margin
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
