We are looking to add a highly organized Delivery Operations Manager to lead the Delivery Operations team. Your responsibilities will be to assist with the management of daily business activities and act as a liaison between our Delivery and Finance departments.
As a Delivery Operations Manager at Dialexa, your goal would be to ensure the project administration is consistent and accurate. You will work with our Engagement Managers as well as with our Finance department to transition all the Project Financials from Delivery to Finance.
To be successful as a Delivery Operations Manager, you should be able to resolve problematic situations efficiently and have excellent communication and organizational skills. You will need to ensure impeccable data accuracy. Ultimately, an outstanding Operations Manager should be able to ensure the smooth daily operations of a business and to understand those operations well enough to effectively troubleshoot and foresee issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of Delivery Operations Coordinators to ensure data accuracy in all our systems.
- Responsible for administrative duties such as reviewing billing events and taking on tasks specifically related to FinancialForce PSA.
- Maintain weekly overviews of projects and reporting related to multiple parts of delivery and finance.
- Work closely with Engagement Managers and members of the finance team to review milestones, approve changes, and fix any issues.
- Use your excellent organization, management, and administrative skills to support your team and our clients through every step of the project.
- Understand and lead efforts to refine internal business processes.
Expectations (not all required, but the more the better - we want great talent!)
- At least 5 years of professional experience within a delivery operations role
- Experience in leading an operations team
- FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA) or Salesforce experience required
- Strong understanding of essential finance concepts required
- Service and quality focus; keen attention to detail
- Some Project Management / Administration experience
- Proven ability to seek out and find information to complete task
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Experience with organizational governance
