Role Description
This is a role for an IVR - AWS Developer at DialogFlows located in Jersey City, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. The IVR - AWS Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and integrating them with DialogFlows. The IVR - AWS Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test IVR solutions, and will work closely with software engineers and architects to ensure high-quality and scalable deployments.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and IVR development.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of in hand experience is preferred.
- Experience in developing IVR solutions using AWS services such as Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in working with telephony service providers and integrating IVR systems with external APIs
- Understanding of software development best practices and version control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Relevant certifications in AWS and IVR development are a plus
