What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual -Construction Dispatcher position at Diamond Property Consulting, Inc.?
We are looking for an Dispatcher with Construction background to add to our team. This person will coordinate and provide dispatch and administrative support to our project and operations manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Spanish Bi-lingual is a plus!

- Schedule and dispatch day-to-day work orders for the smooth functioning of service maintenance.
- Communicate via radio and phone with technician daily to ensure progress of the work orders.
- Oversee all communications and relay messages and information to or from work crews, supervisors and property management
- Confer with operations manager in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
- Document work orders updates in the ticketing portal in a timely manner.
- Escalate work orders to third party vendors when needed.
- Follow up with property management to ensure their work orders are completed to their satisfaction and in a timely manner.
- Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy; arranges conference calls.
- Exercises considerable judgement and discretion in handling requests for appointments and telephone calls.
- Proactively establishes, and maintains highly organized filing system; file correspondence and other records.
- Coordinates calendars and schedules appointments, ensuring all parties are informed of and kept abreast of schedule awareness.
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.*
