Job Description: Diamond Rental is seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager. This position is responsible for maximizing daily operation and leadership potential of a profit center. A Branch Manager at Diamond Rental must execute strategic initiatives and best practices for the assigned branch, while managing and achieving established goals for operational excellence, market performance and financial stability. Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaboratively implement and execute strategies to achieve safety, market, operational, and profitability objectives.
Foster a customer-centric culture within the branch.
Achieve rental, service/repair, and total revenue targets for the branch.
Manage areas of responsibility according to annual budget and forecasts.
Resolve customer issues and problems promptly and effectively.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to encourage long-term loyalty and value.
Provide needed coaching, skills, and resources to branch staff as part of an ongoing development plan.
Regular reporting to Senior Management on financial performance and growth targets for the branch.

Interview, hire and manage branch staffing as needed.
Oversee and coordinate branch equipment delivery and picking with Logistics and customers.
Perform all duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Self-starter, motivated, and results-driven.
Dedication to providing the highest level of customer service.
Ability to handle and resolve objections and problems timely and amicably.
General computing skills including; Word, Excel and Outlook.
Basic business financial literacy.
Experience in successfully mentoring and leading others towards accomplishing a common goal.
