Job Description
Cleans interior of casino, including restrooms and diner; cleans diner and bar mats; cleans slot machines; empties trash; cleans floors; vacuums carpets; cleans mirrors and entry doors; keeps exterior free of trash; empties exterior trashcans and ashtrays and refills all necessary products. Assist cocktail servers with picking up empty drinks and bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
- Check casino bathrooms hourly – mop floors; wipe down stalls; clean toilets; clean sinks; clean mirrors; check and refill all supplies (soap, towels, toilet paper, toilet seat covers). Remove any trash; wipe down walls; flush all toilets once per hour.
- Clean employee bathrooms once per shift at a minimum or as needed (see above for requirements).
- Clean all casino entry doors and remove any trash. Empty all trash receptacles. Empty cigarette receptacles. Wipe down all receptacles.
- Pick up and empty trash in employee smoking area. (Employees are expected to NOT throw their cigarette butts on the ground, if this is happening – let CSM know.)
- Thoroughly clean customer area and employee area of the diner during designated times. Clean mats in both the diner and the bars. Clean floor drains.
- Clean all pictures and posters once per shift.
- Clean ashtrays and wipe down slot machines. Throw away bottles and cups. Wipe down sports book counters, tables, and lounge tables at back bar.
- Clean offices – empty trash; vacuum twice per week.
- Vacuum stairs and break room everyday.
- Clean casino mirrors twice weekly.
- Check parking lot and sidewalks for trash. Pick up and dispose of trash. Check exterior more frequently on windy days and during weekends.
- Clean brass foot rails around the bars. Wipe down bases of 21 tables. Wipe down slot machine bases. Clean exit signs. Clean TV screens.
- Pressure wash building’s exterior; sidewalks; and trash receptacles.
