We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join our CRM team and focus on delivering campaigns that excite fans.

About the role
As CRM Executive, you’ll work closely with the CRM Manager to support our Scheduled Communications Pillar with the aim to meet the daily direct marketing needs of our Partners.
You’ll be
- Managing the daily delivery of CRM campaigns.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain copy and relevant marketing assets for Direct Marketing requests.
- Building static email templates, and making minor changes to HTML code.
- Carrying out email testing to ensure campaigns do not contain errors.
- Supporting the CRM Manager with reporting email engagement.
- Helping fans build their cultural knowledge and guiding them to shows they’ll love.
- Working on testing strategies with the Data Science and Product teams.
- Strengthening our relationship with our community.

You’ll need
- Proven experience working in an email marketing/campaign role.
- Excellent knowledge of ESPs.
- Experience building multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications and in-app cards.
- Familiarity with Braze software is a plus.
