We’re looking for a Head of B2B Marketing to join our Marketing team and lead B2B our marketing strategy and efforts aimed at deepening engagement with existing partners and forming new partnerships with the industry.

You’ll be
- Strategy and Leadership: Developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive industry awareness and market growth for DICE globally.
- Team Building: Leading and inspiring a high-performing B2B marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Industry Presence and Market Development: Elevating DICE's presence within the music industry, positioning us as the go-to platform and product for artists and venues.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Establishing and cultivating strategic partnerships with key players in the industry, including venues, promoters, and artists, building mutually beneficial relationships.
- Sales Enablement: Creating compelling, localized B2B campaigns and sales enablement materials (including digital outreach, performance optimization, product marketing, etc.), and case studies to showcase DICE’s value proposition and support sales efforts.
- Demand Generation: Creating and executing lead generation programs to attract and convert B2B prospects, optimizing the sales funnel.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilizing data and analytics to assess marketing performance, measure ROI, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Managing the B2B marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact and return on investment.

You’ll need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in B2B marketing or sales organizations, with a heavy focus on SaaS and digital products.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and people management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
- An understanding of the music or live events industry is a plus.
- A network of contacts within the music and entertainment industry is a plus.

Compensation and benefits:
In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000. We note the salary information as a general guideline only, as actual compensation may vary from posting based on location. We will consider various factors to determine the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations.
