Customer service specialist

• Ready to take your passion for sports to the next level? As a Retail Customer Service Specialist you will : Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience;
• Serve as primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management; Provide register coverage as needed and ensure strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions;

Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
