OVERVIEW:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meets the customer where they are in their soccer journey, creating a tailored and unparalleled customer service experience, adapting sales style appropriately.
- Leverages on-the-field expertise to provide recommendations that meets the customers needs and goals.
- Translates and aligns product technology to the customers needs and preferences, contributing to and enhancing their overall game day experience.
- Fully outfits customer with appropriate cleats, apparel, and accessories to equip them for any occasion - from practice, training to game day.
- On occasion, participates in Soccer Universities across the nation to test and learn new products and technologies in order to then share knowledge and insights with both teammates and customers.
- Partners with store teammates by regularly utilizing training materials to educate others on new cleats and soccer-related products.
- Maintains merchandise presentation standards and signage of Soccer Department to Company standards as directed.
- Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
- Takes an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
