Position Summary
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the loyalty arena
- Project management experience a plus
- Background in sales and customer service is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Duties include:
- Create, maintain, enhance our current loyalty program strategy/program
- Partner with Technology Product Manager to pilot enhancements to loyalty program platform ensuring projects completed on time and within approved budget
- Identify and drive KPI (key performance indicators) to measure success and business impact
- Create user requirements and business strategy to feed technology roadmap
- Identify customer segment opportunities and strategize with cross-functional team to drive business growth
- Establish best practices, benchmarks and KPI with cross-functional team, report daily upon metrics
- Serve as SME and champion revenue growth from customer onboarding through and including customer retention programs
- Make the Dickey's Family Restaurant Brands loyalty program(s) best in class
- Evaluate strategic options and make recommendations for program enhancements
- Grow daily enrollments in program
- Create enticing program to increase redemptions
- Communicate program opportunities and ensure all stores are participating in program(s)
- Create and monitor use of in store collateral
- Educate franchise owners and team on loyalty and customer engagement programs
- Generate social media and PR for our loyalty program(s)
- Implement daily, quarterly, annual promotional calendars
- Meet/exceed ROI loyalty and customer engagement targets
