Dickinson Center, Inc. has provided a continuum of mental health, intellectual disability, and Children's prevention services in Northwestern Pennsylvania since 1958. We are a progressive non-profit organization with almost 200 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million.
We currently have an opening for a Pennsylvania LTSR Lead Nurse (LPN) to join our staff.
The LTSR Lead Nurse oversees and conducts assessment of resident physical and mental health needs and medical interventions for the treatment plan. Works as part of the treatment team and participates in treatment team meetings. Supervises the licensed practical nurses. Activities may include health/wellness groups, medication monitoring, advocacy and communication of health needs and maintenance, medication administration, medication storage, maintaining medication documentation information, and supervision of medical staff nurses.
Located at the DCI Restoration Center, Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) is a 16-bed residential facility which will provide mental health services for adult males with current forensic involvement. This will be one of 7 facilities of its type across the state of Pennsylvania, and it will serve 9 rural Northwest PA counties.

Education
- High school diploma (or GED).
AND
- Graduate of accredited professional nursing program.
- Bachelors of Science in nursing preferred
Experience
- 7 years of experience in mental health and physical health settings preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Certifications & Licenses
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania preferred.
- In lieu of RN licensure, license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania, may be considered, with supervisory and applicable experience.
