The goal of this position is to deliver consistencies and uninterrupted service to ensure Assigned customers needs are continuously met. This is considered an essential onsite position, which requires onsite attendance. Responsibilities: Must be able to… Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business of the assigned accounts, including customers’ key initiatives and priorities, and keep cross-functional business leaders informed and appropriately involved Solve problems by asking/knowing general AA knowledge Proactively Works to understand and anticipates the customer’s needs Understand cost to resale calculations and manage gross profit to adhere to guidelines Build long term professional relationships internally/externally Follow up on sales leads/opportunities Organize and facilitate effective communication the internal Assigned Account Rep and/or Leadership. Strategize and advocate customers' needs for a win/win solution Educate customers on Digi-Key services and align with customer needs Maintain and comply with US Export Laws Actively participate in business communications and departmental initiatives Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies Know & understand department & region KPIs|OKRs; be able to align & articulate how your actions|recommendations impact those metrics (within your scope of responsibility) Other Typical Tasks May also Include: Take on additional responsibilities from the Assigned Sales leadership Participates on cross-functional working teams or tasks forces May test system updates and applications Participate in the creation of training & documentation of processes as well as the facilitation of training May travel - internationally and|or domestically - as needed Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
