The Call Center Agent is responsible for qualifying consumers to ensure their needs are a good match for the services offered by our clients before transferring the call to our clients call center. You will provide a first-class experience and build a unique relationship with each consumer, pre-qualifying and connecting them with the perfect solution to ensure an exceptional buying experience.
Our Transfer Agent role is an hourly plus performance bonus-based position. The starting hourly rate is $12/hour, however it is designed for high-performance individuals to earn more than $20/hour on the platform after bonus and incentives. Focus on customers, work for yourself, and leave the marketing and administrative work to Digital Market Media!
