We run a sales and digital marketing agency called Digital Ox that helps chiropractors, medical doctors, and health professionals GROW their practice on auto-pilot through Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads.

What makes our marketing system fully automated for our doctors is

1) our marketing team generates warm leads

2) our sales reps qualify and convert the leads in sales (this is you!).

Because we’re up to our eyeballs in new patient leads, we need more help serving these leads and turning those into booked new patient appointments for our doctors.

That’s where you come in…

Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to convert warm leads into new patients for Digital Ox clients in the most effective & efficient manner possible.

This will be done via consultative phone sales outreach with prospects that have expressed high interest in our clients services. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for qualifying, educating & scheduling the prospect on the service that’s the best fit for their needs.

NOTE: This position is full-time and remote for residents of CA, FL, NC, PA, and TX. Meaning you can work from anywhere if you are a resident of one of these states. The team here at Digital Ox is located all over the country.

What you’ll be doing…

Day to day, you’ll be selling/scheduling new patient appointments for Digital Ox doctors on incoming calls and form inquires that are being generated by Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads.

You’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls and immediately following up with leads to get them scheduled for your 8-10 assigned doctors.

As part of this opportunity, you’ll also be a part of a VERY fast paced and high growth company. You’re getting in at the ground floor of a growing sales team, and will have input and responsibility as we grow the team. (we’re currently 15 SDRs and 2 Sr. SDR's and 1 Sales Coach)

Outcomes/Responsibilities

30 Day Targets:

  • Learn all tech systems & client offerings to be effective in the position
  • Master proven scripts, credit card intake, objection handling, and follow up strategy
  • Converting a minimum of 4 appointments per week for each client assigned
  • Ready and able to handle workflow to service 5 assigned doctors offices
  • 50 calls per day

60 Day Targets:

  • Steadily handling workload of 8-10 assigned doctors offices
  • 80 appointments completed per month (sum of all assigned clients) (4 per day in month 2)
  • 90% show rate for each assigned client
  • 80% pre-pay intake
  • 100 calls per day

90 Day Targets:

  • 100 appointments completed per month (sum of all assigned clients) (5 per day in month 3)
  • 90% pre-pay
  • 90% show rate
  • 90-120 calls per day
  • Great feedback from doctors

KPI's

  • # of sales appointments complete per day, week, month
  • # of daily calls
  • Client retention / feedback

Qualifications:

At Digital Ox, we value work ethic, coach-ability, competitiveness, and your past sales results more than your degree (or lack thereof), GPA, etc.

Required:

  • At least 1 year of VERY high performance as a sales rep
  • CRM & sales process experience

Preferred:

  • At least 2 years of phone sales experience
  • Experience with low ticket, high volume sales (ie. $5k max sales price, 1-2 call close) rather than longer cycle B2B/enterprise sales

The Pay

Base: Starting Full-time salary ($30,000 - $40,000/year)(Based on experience)

Commission Bonus: $1,600 - $4,000 per month

Monthly Sales Competitions: $600 first place, $400 second place

Profit Share: qualify for profit share after 6 month performance review!

Work remotely: save $5k/year in commuting costs

If you’re Average: $70,000/year

If you’re Good: $75,000/year

If you’re Great: $80,000 /year

All amounts above include your base salary and represent compensation based on your ability to sell.
