Summary of Job:
The Product Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Marketing, and work alongside Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful positioning, messaging and go to market strategy for our products.
Description of Job Duties:
Create and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and planning
Understand user segmentation, personas, and customer journey
Research market trends, collect and analyze feedback from customers, partners, stakeholders, and other teams to shape our positioning and product messaging.
Develop sales enablement assets that include demos, training videos/decks, competitive battlecards, and sales playbooks.
Own product storytelling across external channels such as web, email, video, PR, etc.
Build product communication with internal teams
Create product related content
Work with Demand Generation Marketing Manager and Content Manager to put our products in the right place at the right time, in line with the buyers’ journey you’ve developed.
Be an expert when it comes to our products and features, and have a deep understanding related to how, why, and with what technologies we’re using to create our platform.
Collaborate with product management and marketing to develop product positioning that resonates with your continually developed buyer personas.
Other duties as assigned
3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing in a SaaS organization
Proven track record in positioning and messaging development as well as planning, creating, and launching go-to-market strategies for new and existing products Superior writing, communication, and presentation skills
Understanding of Agile marketing principles, values, and process or has a strong desire to learn
Thrive when working independently in a fast-paced environment by effectively prioritizing and executing multiple projects with minimal supervision
BA in Business, Marketing, or equivalent level of experience
