Digital Remedy, a Performance Media Partner, is looking for a Sales Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This position will report directly to the Director of Product Marketing supporting and creating revenue opportunities for sales. The focus of this position will be on capturing demand through the creation of collateral, sales packaging, and supporting marketing initiatives. This role will work heavily with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Account Management teams.
We are looking for an individual who can build, lead, and nurture an effective Sales Marketing function at Digital Remedy. A curious mindset is a must, as we are very focused on testing and learning tactics and using data to make decisions to increase results. We are looking for an individual with a passion for value-focused storytelling. This individual will translate company and product value into assets for the sales team including collateral, sales packages, vertical packages, and content. This role will be heavily, but not exclusively, focused on collateral creation.
Salary Range - $95,000 - $115,000
\n- Build effective processes for the production and distribution of sales collateral with a focus on prioritizing the projects with the highest potential value.
- Coordinate the right team members across departments to define priorities and create efficiencies for the production of sales-support materials.
- Translate product and brand positioning into valuable assets for sales including: one sheets, pitch decks, case studies, audience insights, capabilities highlights, and more.
- Understand how to translate complex information into simplified, value-focused storytelling.
- Build sales packages in partnership with sales, product, AM and marketing that focus on specific audiences, verticals, and prospects.
- Build a strong foundational understanding of our solutions and capabilities to create effective, on-message messaging for sales to use in market.
- Identify new opportunities to support sales and create value.
- Improve distribution channels and communication to the sales to insure the team knows where resources are, what they are used for, and how to access them.
- Help capture demand by contributing to email campaigns, growth marketing strategies, and new content.
- Support the creation of sales training materials covering product, positioning, and enablement to win new business and retain existing clients.
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales support role crafting storytelling and delivering impactful sales assets.
- Understands the B2B sales process: how demand is generated, how leads are captured, and how sales moves those leads down the pipeline.
- Has a foundational understanding of the ad tech industry, solutions, major players, and how the ecosystem works.
- Can understand complex product value and translate that into storytelling tapping into specific audience pain points.
- Has experience with and enjoys building sales collateral including case studies, one sheets, pitch decks, capabilities slides, and audience insights.
- Hands-on experience building sales packages and solutions that uniquely tap into specific audience value and enables our sales teams increase market share within key audiences and verticals.
- Has worked on or led sales-focused marketing initiatives such as ABM, vertical or regional campaigns, product launches, content pushes etc.
- Can translate complex ideas into simplified storytelling.
- Eye for design and how to layout information effectively within content and collateral.
- Experience with Hubspot CMS, and CRM (Preferred)Loves performing and winning as a team
