Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85255
Remote/Hybrid: 3 days in office
Must have skills: Financial Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud
The Senior Functional Consultant is responsible for business process consulting and delivering quality service and solutions to clients by understanding client needs and implementing a solution that provides successful results and outcomes for the client. This position acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff to ensure the solution meets the client s business needs and is completed to Magnet360 and Mindtree s highest standards.
Successful Salesforce Senior Functional Consultant not only have a depth and breadth of understanding Salesforce technology but are also able to maximize technology s benefit by applying business value in context and communicating solutions and options to various levels within our clients organizations. Individuals who are innovative, creative, curious, detailed, and solution driven are the best fit for this role.
Collaborate with team to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories.
With FSC Functional Knowledge responsible for defining and building consensus on the solution scope with stakeholders.
Maintain a constant exchange with Client-side subject matter experts (SME) and support the development team as the internal FSC & Banking domain expert.
Defining and documenting the features, user stories & acceptance criteria for the project
A channel of communication, coordination, and exchange of ideas between project team members.
Should have extensive knowledge on sales force cloud.
Assist planning and coordination to keep the project on track.
Develop proposed solutions to clients and prospects by articulating approach and strategy as it directly relates to meeting project and business objectives.
Drive soft-sales (up-selling opportunities) or articulate these opportunities to the appropriate channels.
Exceed expectations of the customer by providing a high-quality solutions and service, in order to create a mutually beneficial outcome.
Understand the intended audiences for the solution, purpose of engaging these audiences, and validate against objectives and success metrics.
Communicate project status updates and elevate project concerns to Project Manager
Provide future-looking solutions and recommendations based on forthcoming Salesforce releases.
Identify and communicate internal and project process improvement opportunities.
Participate in and lead client facing Sprint demo(s).
Keep current on new technologies as they relate to Salesforce and general application development.
Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently deliver high-quality services.
Participate in project closure and lessons learned debrief process.
Help to ensure project(s) achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results.
Improvement to and maintenance of project processes and templates
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Admin, App Builder, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, SFMC Admin, Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Certified Financial Service Cloud.
