Duties:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects and contracts
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Proficient in reading and Typing
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and data analysis
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs and Adobe/Bluebeam
- Valid Driver’s License Required
