As Diligent’s Graphic Designer, you’ll wow our clients, the public, and the Diligent team with stellar graphics that tell our story of transforming healthcare with robotics. This designer will develop a body of work spanning web, digital, print, socials, and more. This individual will play a crucial role in the expansion of our brand’s visual identity to drive client engagement.
In this job you will:
- Visually refresh our public website to better tell our story, display updated brand guidelines, and drive greater visitor engagement
- Develop digital and print materials that explain Diligent’s mission, products, and outcomes at conferences, to clients, and on social media
- Expand our visual language with new styles and patterns in collaboration with design, marketing, and growth
- Scale Diligent’s production of client-facing materials by building and maintaining templates, assets, and guidelines that your teammates can readily use
Experience and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in design, related field, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio of high-quality work
- Successfully employ typography, color, form, photo, composition, gestalt, and style to execute on a creative vision
- Visualize data to tell a compelling story
- Design for multiple channels and media - print, web, socials, video, and presentations
- Iterate and develop deliverables in response to feedback
- Execute on and and expand a brand’s visual identity and messaging
- Contribute to decisions on messaging, brand, voice and tone
- Develop resources and templates that other roles can easily adopt to create client-facing materials
- Organize, version, and otherwise manage digital assets both in shared drives and within web content management systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar creative software
- Illustration skills are a plus
- Motion graphics skills are a plus
- Website development or website builder skills are a plus
