Dillard’s at Independence Mall is looking for an individual with a service heart & a passion for helping other women to work in our Lingerie Department. Our expectation is that you will give the best care anywhere by delivering 5-star service to every guest. Our goal is for you to go through the process of becoming a certified expert foundation fitter to help women find the right size bra. Other responsibilities would include event planning and execution, making appointments for scheduled fit events, maintaining the visual appearance of the merchandise and the overall department, maintaining service indicator statistics and personal sales goals as well as department goals, and assisting with various other departmental tasks.
