The brand leader with lead the team by teaching product knowledge, and artistry and service skills needed for consistent brand growth.
Daily in store coaching and development for new beauty associates.
Work snd sell side by side with beauty advisors, while modeling, teaching, and coaching the behaviors that lead to increased sales and service indicators.
