Human Resources:
· Strategize and carry out direct hire recruiting efforts.
- coordinate advertising
- coordinate Job Fairs
· Work directly with Temp agency on non-direct hire strategies and assignments.
· Schedule and conduct interviews, assist in selecting hires.
· Assist in new employee orientations.
· Miscellaneous filing, paperwork, and phone duties.
Data Entry:
· Enter quotes and orders into glass fabrication software.
· Maintain accuracy of data, dimensions, and costs.
· Promptly respond to customers with any issues and problems.
· Maintain and update spreadsheets.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Proficient in math, data entry, 10 key, excel, word and Outlook
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Capable of time management
· Ability Multi-task.
· Experience managing the hiring process from recruitment to hire.
· Professional phone etiquette
· Dependable
· Team player
· Ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
