St. Francis Parish has an immediate opening for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor. This position requires daily maintenance and custodial duties, as well as supervising the custodial personnel in overall custodial duties to include all building and grounds maintenance and repair functions in the parish and school. Previous maintenance / supervisor experience, good communication and people skills are required.

- Supervision of the campus buildings and grounds, including...
- Keeping all areas of the churches as well as all equipment in working order and well maintained.
- Maintain grounds and buildings, including mowing, raking, edging, and snow removal.
- Maintain lighting in churches and parking lots.
- Ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained.
- Work with contractors.
- Review bids dealing with equipment, etc.
- Able to lift, carry, and set-up tables.
- Report to work on days when needed to prepare for Holy Days, funerals or other parish activities.
- Maintain logs on boilers, inspections and fire equipment.
- Other duties assigned by the administrator/pastor.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance/supervisor experience.
- Good communication and people skills are required.
- Basic computer skills.
- General knowledge of safety rules and hazardous materials handling.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders up to 15 ft. tall.
