Job Posting for DME Customer Service Representative at Direct Diabetes Supply

Position responsible for: customer calls, orders, insurance verification, authorizations/ referrals for DME supplies. Complete accurate insurance verification and updating of patient files. Responsible for obtaining all pertinent intake information to enter orders accurately.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Be authorized to work in the US

Willing to work as a team

Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Please do not apply without a year of experience in Durable Medical equipment

Hours of position M-F, Flexible for right person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:
