We’re looking for an Associate who :
- Is in the early stages of their DVM career or has years of experience under their belt
- Loves mentorship (giving receiving!) and is committed to lifelong learning
- Understands the importance of client education and communicates effectively, compassionately, and respectfully
- Will embrace our practice culture and ensure that Alpine remains a positive workplace

This is a full-time role and we will work with you to establish a 4-day work week that makes sense for your work / life balance.
Our doctors receive consistent days off during the week, with most coverage consisting of 10-hour workdays.

Working alongside 8 talented DVMs provides countless opportunities for collaboration and mentorship, and we work cooperatively with several professional training programs in our region.
We feel strongly everyone has something to teach and something to learn, regardless of experience or title.
We also established a structured mentorship program for early career veterinarians and experienced doctors who are interested in serving as a mentor.
The program includes a mentorship guide, digital and electronic skills checklist, and example calendar all designed to gauge progression and ensure doctors in the early years of their career are set up for success.
