As the Digital Ad Operations Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for supervising a group of digital marketers and ensuring accurate campaign execution for search, display and social advertising campaigns for our clients. You’ll also be responsible for communicating with clients to ensure successful onboarding, campaign launches and answering general questions regarding their account.

ABOUT THE POSITION
You’ll be an important supervisor on the account management team, working to ensure efficient and effective execution of digital advertising campaigns, managing client relationships and providing project management support.
As you grow in experience, you’ll have the opportunity to follow paths toward account management, strategy & analysis, or client success management.
Day-to-day work will vary; it includes organizing the responsibilities of others and ensuring work follows the outlined processes and meets quality expectations; training; project management; executing digital campaigns and client communication.
**This full-time position operates as a hybrid with an in-office component of 1-3 days per week in our Pittsburgh, PA office.**
WHO YOU ARE
You will have a minimum of 4-years of experience directly managing digital advertising accounts, preferably Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This experience will include:
