Physician Assistant
DOC provides an environment that allows PA’s to work autonomously with surgeon-backup, while building a non-surgical orthopedic practice in their community. This practice focuses on hospitality and high quality, efficient care for all guests we serve.
DOC requires the following competencies: Active TX state license; NCCPA certified with at least 2 years of orthopedic experience in an orthopedic practice; behaviors that model DOCs values and customer service expectations. Successful applicants should demonstrate proactive leadership skills, flexibility and adaptable. Candidates should be proficient in basic computer skills as well as possess experience using EMR templates. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
