Junior Meeting Planner - Remote
Position Overview
As a key member of the Meetings & Incentives team, the Junior Meeting Planner will be responsible for assisting and contributing to planning meetings/incentives in an administrative role.
This is preferred as a hybrid role but can be fully remote for the right candidate.
Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely entering of records and information into database system.
- Create and Manage Website Registration Sites and Databases
- Orchestrate Travel Arrangements for Attendees
- Draft program documents and communication for programs.
- Draft Timelines for meetings and incentives.
- Prepare close out reports as it pertains to our client service requirements.
- Draft Post Con or Meeting History Reports.
- Begin Reconciliation Checklist Coordination.
- Conduct file audit processes/procedures.
- Manage the expense reimbursement process and vendor payment requests.
- With proper training, understand the parameters and limitations associated with PHARMA guidelines.
- Negotiate agreements and terms with vendors for the health of the event budget.
- Demonstrate industry knowledge by contributing effective ideas.
Basic Qualifications

College degree preferred
- 1-3 years experience in Meetings & Incentives or hospitality industry.
- Proficient with Windows operation system and variety of software programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills (Proficient at multitasking)
- High level of detail orientation
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong in delegating and quality control management
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Prior experience working with attendee management systems preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to learn and adapt to changing procedures, methods or processes and assist in teaching others.
