Role
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager who has a track record of delivering opportunity and pipeline generation for enterprise software or cloud services.
This position reports to the Head of Demand Generation and is an ideal fit for a candidate who would like the unique opportunity to help shape Directly’s marketing programs as we enter a rapid growth phase. The Field Marketing Manager will plan the strategy and execution of key marketing programs and events to drive integrated demand gen campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be an entrepreneurial self-starter who has a philosophy of working collaboratively with sales and marketing team members to continuously improve and crush targets.
Core Responsibilities

Execute demand gen activities – build, grow and nurture a pipeline of enterprise target accounts with a balanced marketing mix including digital, event, and direct

Events & tradeshows – drive event research, planning, strategy and execution, owning all event logistics and budget process

Online demand gen - manage our online demand gen plan inclusive of advertising, webinars, and content syndication

Marketing automation programs – manage Hubspot, including email campaigns, pre & post event activities, and a monthly company newsletter

Sales support and collaboration – strategize and partner with the SDR and AE teams to improve demand generation efforts and coordinate outreach
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of marketing or related experience

3 years in field marketing or demand generation, preferably in a startup environment

Demonstrated ability to deliver and measure demand gen programs with a focus on delivering sales-ready opportunities

Track record of successful event & tradeshow execution to large enterprises

Experience running successful webinars

Strong track record of collaboration with sales and others in marketing

Working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot (or other marketing automation platform) and ON24 (or other webinar software)

Consistently high attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to travel up to 30% across the US & Canada
