DISCO (NYSE: LAW) is looking for a strategy-led, hands-on campaign marketing manager to support the planning and execution of our integrated marketing campaigns to attract and convert prospects from law firms and corporate legal departments.
The Campaign Manager position is critical to DISCO further extending its reach into law firms and corporate legal departments by creating and executing integrated campaigns that help us build awareness, engage with new prospects and drive demand for our solutions. This is a pivotal role within the Growth Marketing team, collaborating with marketing operations, digital marketing, product marketing, field and regional marketing teams to design, plan and execute on results-oriented integrated marketing campaigns globally. This opportunity is a strong fit for a results-oriented marketer who has a proven track record for developing persona-led, effective B2B campaigns targeting decision makers and influencers. They should be well versed in building out a persona-based campaign strategy, and have a talent for ensuring that all moving parts of a campaign are in sync, with each in-person or digital interaction building on the last, and always with an end conversion goal in mind. Ongoing monitoring and reporting of campaign performance is required.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for helping define strategies and tactics for integrated marketing campaigns, including identifying target audiences, defining objectives and goals, planning channels and tactics, and executing to drive measurable outcomes
- Tie campaigns with thought leadership content, events, product launches/enhancements, announcement opportunities, external market factors, and with a continual focus on improving results
- Lead campaign execution, including project management, ensuring that all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are executed on time, on budget and meet all stated objectives
- Be accountable for campaign results, and making mid campaign pivots as needed to bolster effectiveness
- Collaborate with the demand gen, field marketing, marketing operations and local marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed leveraging best practices and integrated into our overall go-to-market plans
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar relevant field; advanced degree viewed favorably
- Have 5 years of demand generation/integrated marketing experience
- Experience with building out multi-channel campaigns and running point on the execution
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong program/project management experience
- Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Able to think outside the box and with a problem-solving mindset
- Highly collaborative, a team player
