Job Description
What You’ll Do
Actively drive all areas of external and internal recruitment for our operations centers, primarily for high-volume positions — includes developing and executing end-to-end hiring strategies that supports business units' people objectives, sourcing quality talent, assessing interested candidates, and deciding for review by hiring managers or, in some cases, making final hiring decisions.
Develop a working knowledge of the business units you support and maintain effective, strategic relationships with business partners at all levels of the operations centers.
Participate in various Talent Acquisition process/initiatives that promote and enhance the overall performance of the department.
How You’ll Do It
Engage proactively with entry-level talent markets to attract applicants through job fairs, community events, online/email outreach, cold calls, etc.
Develop a hiring plan with specific volume and pass through rate goals, incorporating recruiter, hiring manager, and local market factors.
Adjust hiring plans across multiple requisitions during the recruiting lifecycle to ensure goals and targets are met.
Negotiate across all parties in the hiring process to develop, deliver, and close employment offers.
Ensure all processes are adhered to, data entry and paperwork are completed, and all deliverables to support an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience are provided.
Stay abreast of and knowledgeable about recruiting best practices, employment law, and compliance factors, and implement that knowledge and understanding through the end-to-end recruiting process and business partner consultation.
Engage with hiring managers and associated leadership teams (up to and including vice presidents) to develop strategic, credible relationships that advise and troubleshoot gaps in hiring profiles, external and internal market drivers, and consult with business unit customers to continually improve the product Talent Acquisition delivers.
Screen, interview, assess, and disposition candidates to either make an employment offer or to send to the hiring manager for employment selection, based on skills and competencies, job fit, cultural fit, and all other critical factors.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics:
1 years of experience in business or operations center
Bonus Points If You Have:
Bachelor's degree in business or communications or human resources, or related field
2 years of experience in recruiting/human resources
Time management and schedule flexibility
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to adapt to change and implement feedback
Ability to learn/acquire new concepts, process, and technology
Skill working with various recruitment technologies/methodologies
Skill working with personal computers and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc.)
Must be able to accommodate business needs - late nights are required on occasion
