Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing and leading the Agile COE product enablement organization. Partners with leadership to define and articulate strategies and leads the execution of key platform/enterprise level products and analytical capability development. Supports senior leaders in various product areas and chapters with the development of business unit capabilities and the execution of product delivery. Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $150,500.00 to $228,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing and leading the Agile COE product enablement organization. Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the execution of key initiatives by forming collaborative partnerships with colleagues across businesses and functional areas.
- Drives the iterative development of long-term transformation program and operating plans. Ensures initiative goals and OKRs are aligned with objectives in partnership with colleagues across the business and functional areas.
- Monitors and reports on scope, resources, and delivery schedule of technical products. 20% 2 - Very important.
- Manages of team of product professionals.
- Collaborates with colleagues to develop a vision of product operating model and routines within the department and positions team to best support those models to achieve their goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or related
- 10 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, Agile (Technology) Portfolio and Delivery Management, or related
In Lieu of Education:
- 12 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, Agile (Technology) Portfolio and Delivery Management, or related
