Job Description
Manages multiple design projects simultaneously. Designs, develops, and oversees training solutions that improve the job performance of Discover employees. They ensure that learning objectives are established based on necessary competencies. Develops and maintains key relationships at all levels to ensure the right training solution is achieved. Leads projects within timelines and budget parameters while meeting or exceeding client satisfaction.Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with peers to develop new learning deliverables or processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of training department.
- Designs and develops e-Learning modules to support new initiatives and learning programs requested by business partners.
- Works with multi-media developers to translate design requirements into functional learning modules.
- Works with program managers, trainers, and the field to maintain existing E-learning modules.
Minimum Qualifications
At a min imum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in InstructionalDesign or related field
- 2 years ofexperience ininstructional design, training, or relatedfield
- In lieu of a degree,2 years ofexperience in instructional design, training
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
- 4 years of Instructional design, training, or related experience
