Job Description
What You’ll Do
-
Serve as theconduit to technology throughtheAgile team.

Writeuser stories thatalign to the product features and ensure the pipeline (backlog) stays full and is prioritized.

Review and acceptuser stories, and partnerwith Product Managers to prepare featuresand user stories for continualplanning cycles.
How You’ll Do It
-
Provide status updates to the business and management.
-
Manageand prioritizessprint backlogs.
-
Empowerdecisions regarding functionality and priority in the sprint.

Lead efforts to attain product vision and objectives.
-
Developuser stories from prioritized features, identifyacceptance criteria for user stories, approve each user story during thesprint, ensurethat user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and are updated in the system.

Collaborate with Agile teams to follow through onbusiness priorities and visions anddeliver customer and business value through product features.
Qualifications You’ll Need

Bachelor'sdegree inBusiness,Information Technology,Finance,Engineering, or related field

2 years ofexperienceinProductOwner,BusinessAnalyst,CustomerService andRelationships, IT, or relatedfield

In lieu of a degree, 4 years ofexperienceinProductOwner,BusinessAnalyst,CustomerService andRelationships, IT, or relatedfield
