ABOUT THIS BEHAVIOR THERAPIST - RBT JOB
This part-time therapy position works a flexible evening schedule
As a Behavior Therapist - RBT with us, your day begins with a sense of purpose and dedication to helping children reach their full potential. You start by heading to homes in the local area, where you work closely with children, implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to their needs. Your role is crucial in collecting and analyzing data to track progress accurately. At the end of each session, you meticulously document notes, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and maintaining grammatically correct records. While the job demands dedication and attention to detail, the rewards are immeasurable. Every day, you witness the positive impact you have on the children you work with.
