Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH Wireless is seeking a NOC GRC Manager to support governance within the NOC including documentation and training with solid background in voice, data, messaging, and wireless experience.
This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of documentation management and NOC training on the DISH's mobile network. Including, but not limited to, documentation development, documentation request, the documentation approval board (PAB). The GRC NOC standards and governance roll, includes documentation management, training management,and service delivery support
This role is a key, strategic part of our business, and presents an opportunity to implement and optimize the latest networking solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of 8 direct reports responsible for documentation management including the documentation approval board DAB, documentation development, documentation improvement, and Documentation standards.
- Develop and manage DISH's technology Training program in support of enterprise methodologies.
- Proactively identify, report, and catalog training in existing and new technology
- Develop and document training programs according to DISH technology and vendor reporting requirements.
- Improve and maintain a program to facilitate on boarding of FE's and Contractors.
- Develop and Maintain policies, procedures, and standards in line with current and emerging technologies
- Educate and build awareness of Documentation improvements and change requirements across the organization.
- Publish executive-level reporting across Documentation , training and reporting activities.
- Develop new Documentation and procedures for all aspects of the DISH Wireless NOC, including engineering operations, technical operations, change management, field operations etc.
- Supports in the alignment of project goals with the overarching objectives of the program
- Develops project schedules that identifies key phases, activities, and deliverables
- Identifies and communicates project dependencies
- Report on the financial performance of the NOC and NOC driven project (e.g., monitoring hours, expenditure variations)
- Oversees all wireless training programs being developed for the DISH Wireless NOC \
- Other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a Manager for NOC Documentation and Training Support, you will have:
- Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering or related discipline desired (MS Preferred)
- 7 years of experience working within the Wireless industry on either the carrier or vendor side of the house
- At least 2 years of experience managing engineers and various stakeholders
- Strong understanding of data and VoIP network architecture, infrastructure components, Ethernet, fiber optic transport, and data traffic engineering
- Working knowledge of change management and change requests including CAB.
- Detailed understanding of wireless Documentation es and procedures.
- Strong understanding of risk mitigation methodologies.
- Analytical aptitude with an emphasis on investigative, methodical critical questioning and logical thinking; a data-driven decision maker.
Salary Range
Compensation: $87,500.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year
