- Plan strategic and cross-functional projects across multiple work streams, perform analyses, and work with senior decision makers to turn insights into decisions.
- Support corporate business planning and develop comprehensive business plans addressing all essential business functions, such as value proposition (products and services), market analysis, resources, operations, logistics, supply chain, technology, and financial projections.
- Monitor implementation of business strategies through overseeing programs, projects and business plans.
- Plan and structure cross-functional teams, roles and responsibilities to accomplish business goals.
- Plan resources required for strategy execution.
- Drive internal alignment between business strategy and key strategic functions, connecting business planning with Information Technology, Engineering, Deployment, Infrastructure, Business Analytics, Product Management and others key functions.
- Translate business needs from business plans into business requirements (use-cases, user stories), providing guidance to strategic product roadmaps and technology backlogs. Perform business analysis and synthesize recommendations, highlighting their impact on the business.
Job requirements:
Requires: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or closely related field. Requires 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or similar business operations and planning roles.
Requires 2 years of experience with the following:
- structuring multiple work streams and identifying interdependencies;
- overseeing and performing analytics on large data sets, and complex modeling;
Also requires 1 year of experience with the following:
- building logical narrative structures and creating compelling visualizations;
- leading project teams in both traditional and agile project management methodologies;
- modulating language and message tailored to audience;
- cross-functional planning, through consulting or managing different business primary activities, such as sales, marketing, logistics, and operations.
