Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop holistic media strategy and plan across Amazon ecosystem
- Consult, collaborate with and challenge Amazon Advertising as managed services partner for upper funnel Amazon media
- Work closely with our Digital Marketing agency for input to and alignment of strategy and execution of Amazon search and display advertising
- Own clean room data environment to understand effectiveness of full funnel Amazon advertising and optimize spend and performance
- Drive to an Amazon-built propensity modeling solution to target the highest likelihood customers across Amazon-owned placements and channels
- Build in-house capability to ultimately fully own Amazon marketing
- Tie into Dish Wireless Marketing Operations and Data Science to build world-class attribution and optimization capabilities for the Amazon channel and business
- Work with Amazon to access new marketing beta/test programs
- Provide subject matter expertise in business strategy and planning related to Amazon marketing
- Define and manage projects to improve the effectiveness and growth of the Amazon channel
- Coordinate with Digital Agency to execute bid management, campaign launches, and account changes
- Liaise with the Brand/Creative, Device Product, and Device Offers organizations to develop processes to understand partner needs, consolidate improvement/requests, analyze results, and deliver strategic recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Amazon ecosystem marketing
- 4 years of experience leading teams
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
- An ability to think creatively, strategically and quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking
- Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multitask and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis
- Proven experience in working directly with senior leadership teams with excellent attention to detail, creativity, motivation and communication skills
- Previous experience with Amazon search and display required
