We are seeking a Marketing Manager to serve as one of the key individuals in the launch and growth of a new wireless brand for DISH. This role will help us take the product and brand from “a concept to a household name.” The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to create and launch campaigns that effectively reach our target demographic. He or she will communicate and own the vision behind our marketing strategy with internal marketing centers of excellence across brand/media, digital, creative services and consumer insights to deliver campaigns aligned with that vision. In this role, you will:

  • Lead team to create and lead execution of GTM strategy to meet/ exceed acquisition goals for new DISH Wireless brand
  • Work with various marketing experts to implement full-funnel direct-to-consumer strategy in digital, print, radio, web and email
  • Drive creation of analytics dashboards to track campaigns and provide regular analysis for executive leadership
  • Devise and conduct a/b testing to determine best practices for new brand
  • Manage relationship with internal agency to create compelling creative
  • Support retail and packaging creative needs
  • Define IT tools and tech needs to support execution
  • Execute cross-sell efforts through various DISH Sales channels
  • Manage marketing budget and optimize efforts
  • Communicate with relevant groups to ensure they are kept up to date on progress of campaigns, have all materials, and are aligned with work

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 5 years experience devising GTM strategies;
  • Extensive digital marketing experience;
  • Comfortable developing and presenting to executive leadership;
  • Agency management;
  • Campaign tracking;
  • Collaborative;
  • Experience managing a $MM marketing budget;
  • Direct to consumer marketing experience;
  • Experience managing creation and promotion of content across all stages of a customer’s journey to drive business outcomes;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Understanding of Shopify/Magento a plus.
Compensation: $74,700.00/Yr. - $118,425.00/Yr.
