Job Duties and Responsibilities
This position requires sectors and excellent communication skills responsible for interfacing with senior executives on a regular basis. This person will also manage the DISH Wireless Supply Chain Analytics team, coordinate and execute projects related to getting data, integrations, and systems directions. You will spend significant effort on data analysis, process improvement, and project management to help drive DISH’s long-term Wireless network build.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize daily tasks to align with department strategies, OKRs, KPIs, and goals
- Provide subject matter expertise on Wireless Supply Chain Analytics and technical leadership
- Lead, develop, and manage Supply Chain Analytics team
- Understand business needs and analytics product offerings to define Supply Chain data and analytics architecture
- Work with business teams, define ROI and business value for data analytics products
- Analyze data for patterns and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement accordingly
- Manage the implementation of key initiatives and systems integrations
- Ensure appropriate progress against project schedules and take action as appropriate
- Identify, evaluate and assess risks, and develop/execute mitigation plans
- Drive key processes and initiatives across teams, by supplying reliable access to data and reporting
- Forecast material and other demand accurately to develop future long term strategies
- Drive accountability and process improvement through performance reporting and KPI tracking
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in a related discipline
- 2 or more years of direct work experience in data analytics or supply chain management
- 3 years of project management or program management experience
- Ability to analyze operations and financial data and make strategic recommendations using various tools such as SQL, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Tableau, etc.
Salary Range
Compensation: $76,300.00/Year - $109,000.00/Year
