Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Manager who can help coordinate and drive agile technical deliverables with key stakeholders and technical resources
- Experience with feature delivery, change management, roadmap strategy and definition
- Responsible for determining and maintaining project timelines
- Lead program scoping with product, architecture, and stakeholders for alignment on delivery
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives by aligning delivery schedules
- Analyze and mitigate project risks
- Identify and track dependencies and maintain a schedule that efficiently delivers key components based on dependency timelines
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
- Prepare reports on initiative statuses
- Iteratively improve intake and execution processes
- Actively manage product value, usability, feasibility, and business risks
- Measure the effectiveness of product releases post-launch and iterate on product outcomes
- Use a prioritization framework for the discovery of backlog features
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting)
- 4 years of Program or Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- A successful Project Manager is technically savvy, smart, persistent, high-energy, strategic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual
- Displays strong initiative for anticipating and meeting stakeholder demands, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and uncertain environment, a high level of intellectual curiosity and a focus on taking ownership and initiative
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile processes and methodologies
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment
- Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities
- Rally / CA Agile Central experience a plus
- Jira experience managing projects
- Telecommunications experience a plus
