Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Manager who can help help coordinate and drive deliverables with key partners
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Experience with feature delivery, change management, roadmap strategy and definition
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives by aligning Dish and partner delivery schedules
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Actively manage product value, usability, feasibility, and business risks
- Measure the effectiveness of product releases post-launch and iterate on product outcomes
- Use a prioritization framework for discovery of backlog feature
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting)
- 4 years of Vendor, Program Manager, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills:
- A successful Vendor Manager is smart, persistent, high-energy, strategic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual
- Displays strong initiative for anticipating and meeting customer and business demands, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and uncertain environment, a high level of intellectual curiosity, and a focus on taking ownership and initiative

Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile processes and methodologies
- Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities
- Rally / CA Agile Central experience a plus
- Telecommunications experience a plus
- Billing system experience a plus
- Operations experience a plus
