Eastham Studios is a cutting edge production team that creates digital content for an on demand audience. Located in a state of the art facility with best in class production tools, Eastham Studios is a team that consists of award winning producers, editors, and animators.
Summary:
The Producer role at Eastham Studios must be well versed in all aspects of production, including development, scripting, creating, maintaining and staying within a budget, production logistics, hiring and managing crew and talent, on-set management, directing and interviewing talent, wrapping, post-production, and broader production workflows.
Producers will be in charge of creating and maintaining the production pipeline for live action, post only, and remote capture projects. This includes obtaining approvals, following marketing guidelines, following brand guidelines, maintaining the approved budget, managing all deliverables, managing schedules and delivery dates, and working with the studios, other internal teams, and third-party vendors on key objectives. They will work closely with content marketing strategists, production management, and senior producers and coordinators to ensure that our procedures are being followed, content is executed on schedule and within budget, and that their videos are on brand. This role requires a strong production background with very high-level project management and problem-solving skills.
The Producer will work under the Senior Producer to ensure quality content is created on time and on budget. They will work closely and collaboratively with the editorial and brand leads to develop creative concepts into a clear vision, and the legal and clearances team to ensure that the content created and production process adheres to DMED’s legal guidelines.
The Producer will work to understand overall department workflows. Candidates should have a strong creative background in storytelling with additional years of experience in the logistical aspects of production with the ability to pivot quickly to creative and logistical changes and juggle a slate of multiple projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Working closely with content marketing teams to align on creative vision for projects
- Working closely with legal to ensure all content is being produced within company and legal guidelines
- Developing and executing production projects on set and in post
- Ensuring all projects are wrapped and actualized accurately
- Working with senior producers on future planning and pitching of content slates

- 3 years experience as a digital producer
- Expert in all aspects of production, including development, budgeting, logistics, and post.
- Understanding of digital platforms such as Youtube, Facebook and Tik Tok.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter attitude.
- Proven managerial, multitasking and problem-solving skills with the ability to adjust quickly to continually changing landscapes
- Proven track record of quality story-telling.
- Highly organized and excellent communication skills.
