Reporting to the Brand Merchandising Manager or Sr Manager Brand Merchandising, you will help create the product strategy for a collection of products or programs for Category in the development of highest quality, consumer focused, trend-right product lines across all channels of distribution (licensing, flex business models, vertical and wholesale) for Marvel, Lucasfilm & 20th Century Studios.

Responsibilities :
- Help create the product strategy for a collection of products or programs
- Research, organize findings, assemble input from important partners and prepare presentation decks, briefs and recaps for important milestone meetings
- Establish perspective on what's working to improve product line
- Demonstrated passion for consumer and product trends
- Provide all item set up information within designated global systems across vertical channels
- Attend cross functional team meetings to assist with the input/output of communication
- Coordinate samples among important partners and room set ups for product showcases
- Manage updates and maintenance of the Brand Range Plan
- Prepare and maintain catalog of merchandise by quarter (photobooks)
- Achieve our diversity and inclusion goals through professional growth
- Help with other Brand Merchandising team projects
Basic Qualifications :
- 1 years of progressive experience in Product or Brand Merchandising
- Interest in building a product line for a category or categories of business
- Guide execution against a plan
- Maintain relationships with main partners
- Team Player – The ability to build partnerships throughout the company and departments
- Well-developed communication skills
- Passion for retail and brand merchandising
- Flexible and adaptable with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize workload and concurrently manage multiple projects
- High level of attention to detail; proactive, with strong follow through skills
- Ability to pivot based on changing organization priorities
Required Education :
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
